- The arcade features cameos of Sega's real-life arcade titles, which includes; Space Harrier, Ghost Squad, Astron Belt (Wii version only), Power Drift, Thunder Blade and Zaxxon.
- In-universe wise, the inclusion of Ghost Squad makes no sense as it was released in 2004, whereas Overkill takes place in 1991.
