Candi Stryper is a playable character in the two extra levels of The House of the Dead: Overkill: Extended Cut.
Appearance[]
Candi has blue eyes & blonde hair that’s pulled into two drill pigtails by red ribbons.
She wears a revealing yellow shirt that’s tied-off below the bottom of her midriff and sports a short, red-striped mini-skirt, with matching red fishnet tights & sneakers. She wears a leg-brace on her right leg, possibly for an injury she received prior to the game.
Biography[]
Candi was the co-worker of Varla Guns at the Pink Pussycat strip club and the girlfriend of Jasper Guns.
After Varla informs her of Jasper's death, Candi accompanies her through Bayou City in search of her motorcycle. Fighting their way to the biker bar on the other side of town, they face a pair of mutated strippers whom they once worked with known as Coco & Sindy.
Extended Cut[]

Once Varla retrieves her keys from Sindy's gut, she drives Candi to a safe distance from town allowing her to escape, before driving off to meet Agent G & Detective Isaac Washington at the hospital.
Later, after abandoning the protagonists at the carnival, Varla encounters Candi again who’s attempting to hitchhike back into town to retrieve Jasper's voice box, which was left at the club by mistake.
Once again, Varla attempts to get Candi away from the outbreak, but when the pair discover Papa Caesar at a meat processing factory, they divert their attention to taking him down. In the end, they have a face-off with Meat Katie, a female mutant with the head of a minotaur and wielding a giant meat cleaver. They defeat Katie by knocking her back into a grinder. At the same time, however, Katie’s cleaver is thrown into the air & lands across two supports. The supports don’t hold the cleaver for long and it falls, severing half of Candi's right arm.
She bleeds out in Varla's arms, seeing visions of Jasper coming down from Heaven on a stair lift to greet her.
Trivia[]
She never swears, instead saying "nothing" to censor herself. This results in her reaction when she is bleeding to death intentionaly looking like an underreaction at first glance.
