Meat Katie is a boss in the Extended Cut of The House of the Dead: Overkill on PS3. She is the boss set in the level Creeping Flesh.

Bestiary Overview

Meat Katie is a grotesque, mutated butcher woman with a cow skull and udder attached to her body. She uses a giant

meat cleaver in battle. It is unclear how she is mutated into this monstrous form and why she covers her head with a cow skull. She must have been combined with the genes of a cow, explaining why her udder is the source of her weakness.

Story

Katie is confronted by Varla Guns and Candi Stryper in the heart of the meat plant. Even though the girls managed to kill her by multiple gun shots forcing her to fall backwards into a meat grinder and died with a moo in pain but when she fell back her giant cleaver falls out of her grasp and gets wedged on the scaffolding, later ended up severing Candi's lower right arm when it falls down, killing her as a result by exsanguination.
