Naked Terror is the first of the two levels available exclusively in The House of the Dead: Overkill: Extended Cut. It takes place between Papa's Palace of Pain and Ballistic Trauma.

The chapter is set in a decrepit part of Bayou City, Louisiana, with the main focus being the Pink Pussycat strip club. The chapter is set around strippers Varla Guns and Candi Stryper, who are out to seek retribution for the killing of Jasper Guns, Varla's brother and Candi's lover.
