The Sarcoma are vampiric parasites that latched themselves onto hapless villagers, turning them into mindless ghouls that prey on the living. The only way to free them is to directly shoot the Sarcomas off. If the villager is shot instead, the Sarcoma will immediately tangle the victim and transform them into bat creatures, rendering them beyond any help and are forced to be killed. They serve as enemies in Vampire Night.
