-Dr. Curien had been conducting experiments in which he somehow created cannibalistic undead mutations. Rogan and G travelled through the mansion grounds and eventually into Curien's mansion in which he was conducting the experiments. They were faced with overwhelming hoardes of undead and they saved several civilians along the way. In the mansion grounds they met Sophie, Rogan's fiancee, she was grabbed by a bird-like mutation called Hangedman. Rogan and G faced an armored spear wielding mutation called Chariot which supposedly killed Sophie. After defeating Chariot they ventured further into the mansion eventually confronting and killing Hangedman on the mansion roof.
-After further delving into the mansion they passed through laboratories with undead sitting inanimate in test tubes. They eventually found Curien. He congratulated them on getting this far and sent a huge spider-like mutation named Hermit to attack them. They killed the mutation and finally found Curien, he activated his ultimate undead mutation. The Magician, after battling hard Rogan and G mortally wounded Magician who malfunctioned and killed Curien before exploding.
-Rogan and G left the mansion and found Sophie who had recovered from the wound inflicted on her by Chariot and she left the mansion with them. She would eventually marry Rogan and have a child, Lisa Rogan, one of the two main protagonists in House of the Dead III.
